Order Processing & Dispatch
- 24–48 Hour Dispatch: Orders are processed, packed, and dispatched from our facility within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
- You will receive an automated notification email containing your tracking information as soon as your package has been handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Options & Rates
We offer two flat-rate shipping options at checkout. Transit times are estimates and begin after dispatch; they do not include the processing window above.

Packaging & Product Integrity
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, proper handling during transit is our top priority.
- Items are packed in secure, crush-proof packaging to prevent any physical damage to the vials.
