nextlevelpharm.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of products from
Next Level Pharm (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order,
you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

By using the Site or placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these
Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy,
and Return Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

to use this Site or purchase products. By placing an order you represent and warrant that you meet these

pricing, or other content is error-free, complete, or current, and we may correct errors and change prices
at any time without notice. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

All products sold on this Site are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes only.

prevention of any disease or condition, and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices.
We make no medical claims of any kind. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher or institution

5. Orders, Payment & Billing

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor; by submitting payment information you authorize
the charge to your selected payment method. The billing descriptor that appears on your statement may differ
from “Next Level Pharm”.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping terms, timeframes, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy.

without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction
